News from the Roll Call

In case you haven’t been keeping up with our lovely Roll Call blogroll, here are some highlights from the past week:

  • Rachel Kramer Bussel seems to be bouncing back from her indelicate ousting from the Voice (and subsequent replacement by sexless chick-lit whiners.) Her most recent proof: she just published an interview with Anya Garrett on Gothamist.
  • Amy Rhodes’ new show, The Three Companeros, got written up in The Coming (the new LA branch of the Apiary/Bastion family.) According to the UCBLA website, this Friday’s show is already sold out!
  • Jackie Clarke, Carolyn Castiglia, and Glennis McMurray each prepare for Valentines Day in their own special ways.
  • Jen MacNeil introduces a new blog to start on her birthday in March.
  • Jennifer Dziura proves that even when you’re featured in Time Out and considered a big time celebrity by a youth museum in Missouri, hipsters still shit on your work.
  • We added Rachel Mason’s Superfree and Robyn Sklaren’s Snow White’s Legacy Of Lies to the blogroll (and fixed Lianne Stokes’ link). So now all their posts are at the top of the list. Don’t freak out! Just scroll down.
  • And we already miss Anna Nicole.
